Heron Shores is an active and friendly deed-restricted and maintenance-free community consisting of 36 attached villas, totaling 72 homes. An elected Board of Directors provides community governance upheld by Florida HOA statutes.

Heron Shores is conveniently located about five miles from the sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautiful downtown area is home to many wonderful restaurants and shops.

This community abuts conservation land, which has a walking/bike path along five scenic lakes where one can enjoy viewing a variety of Florida wildlife. A community pool, fitness room and clubhouse meeting room, as well as shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball courts are all available to our residents. Water Aerobics, Bridge and Mahjong are some of the activities which are enjoyed weekly by residents.
