Village Run Homeowners’ Association is a small community that consists of 16 single family homes on two charming cul-de-sacs. We’re part of the 471 homes that make up East Village.

Our community is deed restricted and enjoys the lowest Homeowners’ fee in the area. As a small group of homes, we’re friendly and partake in a neighborhood watch.

Only a short walk from our community is a beautiful recreation center that we share with the other communities of East Village. The center includes a large heated pool, spa, two tennis courts, fitness room with lots of exercise equipment, a library, shuffleboard and a clubhouse that offers many social functions.

We’re centrally located and approximately five miles to the Gulf of Mexico Venice beaches, the Jetty, The Pier at Sharky’s, historical downtown Venice with its shopping and live theatre, doctors, restaurants, schools and places of worship.

If you enjoy walking, try a leisurely stroll around our beautiful neighboring communities that includes a trail along four beautiful lakes adjacent to a large bird sanctuary. Our community is truly a small piece of paradise that we’re sure you will enjoy.
